The Louisiana Internet Software & Technology Association (LISTA) is a trade association based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The members of LISTA are companies and businesses doing business in Louisiana engaged in software, web platform, mobile application, digital interactive media, digital media and web application development and design. LISTA seeks to promote a more friendly business environmental in Louisiana for such companies and it seeks to encourage such companies to do business in Louisiana.

The founders of LISTA drafted and led the legislative effort for the adoption of Act 454 of the 2009 Louisiana Regular Legislative Session, also known as the Louisiana Digital Media Act. This act provides aggressive business incentives for the design and development of  software, web platforms, mobile applications, digital interactive media applications, digital media and web applications in Louisiana.
